These terms set out the rules for using Aniflow AI: who may use the site, what you may do with its content, what we promise, what we do not, and how any disagreement gets handled.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Aniflow AI, the operator of aniflow-ai.com. By opening, browsing or otherwise using the website you accept these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using Aniflow AI.
2. Definitions
"Site" means aniflow-ai.com and every page published under it. "Content" means text, images, layouts, code and character descriptions published on the Site. "Companion" means any fictional character presented on Aniflow AI. "You" means the person using the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority where you live if that age is higher, to use Aniflow AI. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Nature of the Service
Aniflow AI is a showcase website. It presents fictional companions and links to a chat experience so that visitors can see what those companions are like before starting a conversation.
5. Fictional Characters
Every companion on Aniflow AI is invented. Names, ages, locations, photographs and life stories are created for entertainment purposes and do not represent, depict or identify real individuals, living or dead.
6. No Professional Advice
Nothing on Aniflow AI is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Conversations with a companion are entertainment and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
7. Emergencies
Aniflow AI is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency number or a qualified crisis service immediately.
8. Permitted Use
You may view, read and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, overload the Site with automated requests, impersonate Aniflow AI, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Automated Access
Crawling is permitted only within the limits published in our robots file. Systematic copying of pages, images or descriptions from Aniflow AI without permission is not allowed.
11. Intellectual Property
The Content of Aniflow AI, including the brand name, the layout, the written descriptions and the companion artwork, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
12. Limited Licence
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the Site for the purposes described in these terms. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.
13. Trademarks
"Aniflow AI" and the Aniflow AI logo are our marks. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.
14. Feedback
If you send us suggestions about Aniflow AI, we may use them without obligation, payment or attribution. Please do not send confidential information as feedback.
15. Third-Party Links
The Site links to destinations we do not operate. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or practices. Following such a link is at your own risk.
16. Third-Party Terms
When you follow a link from Aniflow AI to a chat experience or any other external destination, that destination's own terms and privacy policy govern your use of it. Read them before proceeding.
17. Availability
We aim to keep Aniflow AI available but do not promise uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control.
18. Changes to the Site
We may add, alter or remove pages, companions and features of Aniflow AI at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
19. Accuracy of Content
We take reasonable care with what we publish, but descriptions, figures and illustrative examples on the Site are provided for general information and may contain errors or become out of date.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aniflow AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniflow AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
22. Aggregate Liability Cap
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site and these terms is limited to one hundred United States dollars or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.
23. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aniflow AI and its operators against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
24. Suspension of Access
We may restrict or block access to Aniflow AI where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where access threatens the security or stability of the Site.
25. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Aniflow AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.
26. Local Laws and Export
Access to certain content may be restricted in some territories. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, and you must not use the Site where doing so would be unlawful.
27. Notices
We may give notices by publishing them on the Site. You may contact us at legal@aniflow-ai.com, and email is an acceptable form of written notice under these terms.
28. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign or transfer ours in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale of the Aniflow AI business.
29. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
30. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the operator of Aniflow AI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by email for at least thirty days.
31. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aniflow AI regarding the Site and supersede any earlier understanding on the same subject.
32. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date shown above indicates the current version, and continued use of Aniflow AI after a change means you accept the revised terms.
